Certification Process
To determine whether your company qualifies to become recognized as a Digital Growth Workplace, your organization will be evaluated according to our SPARK Framework entry criteria. You may join the survey after the initial qualification is done. Our unique Digital Growth Workplace Survey verifies your people procedures and qualifies you for the Digital Growth Workplace certification, which indicates that your organization adheres to best practices.
THE SPARK Framework®
Our SPARK Framework – Strategic Planning for Advancing Digital Readiness and Knowledge Assessment looks at people's practices based on five strategic areas which cover enhancing employee experiences and optimize the employee life cycle through the strategic integration of technology. To be eligible for participation, your organization must have at least 240 local or 2400 employees worldwide, as well as advanced, formalized HR practices.
