The Alliance attributes success to newcomers and successful partnerships.
Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA), an integrated group of more than 130 autonomous insurance companies in Missouri and Illinois, recently reported that it produced $300 million in written premiums to reach $60 million growth as compared to the $40 million surge last year. An insurance premium is the amount of money that must be paid by a company or individual for an insurance plan that includes health, motor, home, and life insurance.
VIAA credits the achievement to a variety of variables, including the addition of 12 new member organizations, comprising the partnerships of 134 active members at present. Another beneficial feature of the partnership is that VIAA has broad access to unique Strategic Partner Carriers based on its size, facilitating its member agencies to be further developed and reinforced.
SIAA also known as the Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance, has an approximately $8 billion national alliance with VIAA, which is also the regional founding member of it. Also, SIAA has ranked on top in this year’s “Top Network Partnerships'' list put forth by Insurance Journal.
VIAA’s President JD Powers commented, “We believe our dedication to quality service and expansive carrier relationships is attractive to both insurance individuals and agencies seeking support to become more profitable.” He further added, “We are extremely proud that VIAA has surpassed last year’s growth despite the current climate, and we look forward to our alliance’s continued success in the upcoming year.”
